Ali came into the studio around 30 weeks pregnant, the perfect window for maternity photos. From the moment she arrived, the goal was simple — keep things relaxed, comfortable, and natural. We played music in the background to set the mood, which helped the session feel calm instead of posed or rushed.
Although the studio is small, it’s intentionally designed to be functional and cozy. There’s a private bathroom for changing outfits and seating available for a partner or family member who wants to come along and relax during the session.
Ali chose three outfit changes, which allowed us to capture a mix of looks — from soft and minimal to a more elevated, editorial feel. Studio maternity sessions are perfect for this because the lighting stays consistent, no matter the time of day or season.
